Richard W. Driscoll

For more than 25 years, Rich has assisted businesses, professionals, investors, and individuals in creating and implementing legal strategies to grow, solve problems and succeed. This legal experience includes commercial transactions, corporations, franchising, intellectual property, trade secrets, real estate, professional liability, professional ethics, and insurance. His trial experience includes bench and jury trials as short as two hours and as long as 18 days.

Rich is rated A/V Preeminent by Martindale Hubbell based on client and judicial evaluations. Before forming Driscoll Seltzer, he was a principal in the District of Columbia office of a regional law firm and an associate in several law firms.

Rich received his Bachelor of Arts degree (English Literature) in 1986 from the University of Utah, where he was Senior Class President. He received a Juris Doctor degree from The American University, Washington College of Law, in 1990 where he was a member of the National Moot Court Team and The Order of the Barristers.
